Jesse McCartney`s Nude Photo Claimed as a Manipulation
Jesse McCartney would never pose in the nude, so claimed his lawyer. The New York Post has recently come out with a story that an angry ex-girlfriend has shopped around a photo of the singer laying on a bed wearing only a G-string made of candy, and attorney Shawn Chapman Holley was quick to respond to the issue.
Holley has, as reported by TMZ, fired off a cease and desist letter to any web site that would dare publish the photo. Along with the letter, she stated, "A person is attempting to circulate a nude photo which purports to be Mr. McCartney. McCartney was unaware of the taking of this alleged photo, did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo, and certainly did not consent to the taking of such photo."
The lawyer added, "It appears that this photo has been manipulated and doctored by computer software." She moreover warned that the publication of the photo "would be a grave invasion of Mr. McCartney`s privacy rights", and vowed to go after anyone who publishes it for "substantial monetary damages."
Former child star Jesse McCartney is a former member of the boy band Dream Streetone. He has launched his solo career in 2004 with debut solo album "Beautiful Soul". The 22-year-old is also known as one of ABC`s "Greek" star. Beside his TV project, he also provides the voice to Theodore in "Alvin and the Chipmunks" and its sequel "Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel".
